PORTLAND, OR — Writer Ryan O’Sullivan (Turncoat, The Evil Within) and artist Plaid Klaus (Turncoat) will launch their all-new sci-fi/comedy series VOID TRIP this November 2017 from Image Comics.
Ana and Gabe are the last two humans left alive in the galaxy. They’re low on fuel, they’re low on food, and they’re low on psychedelic space froot, but they’re high on hope and determined to make it to their promised land: the super-planet Euphoria, a true hippy paradise.

BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--“Wonder Woman” reigns supreme in theaters across North America, with today’s tickets bringing the box office to a total of $400 million and counting—the most for any film in this year’s highly competitive summer corridor—and taking it to a worldwide total of more than $794 million to date. Domestically, the impressive figure makes “Wonder Woman” the third-highest grossing Warner Bros. Pictures film ever and only its third to ever surpass $400 million, putting the Amazonian princess in good company alongside “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight Rises.” All three top properties hail from the studio’s DC division. Week after week, “Wonder Woman” continued to have some of the strongest holds ever seen for the superhero genre, and the film remained in the top 10 at the box office throughout its first nine weeks in release.

FX+ will launch on September 5th and Xfinity TV customers can add the new service to their video package for $5.99 per month. FX+ will launch on September 5th and Xfinity TV customers can add the new service to their video package for $5.99 per month. In addition to offering complete in-season stacking rights to all of its current original series commercial free, FX Networks is now the first ad-supported cable portfolio to offer all seasons of the majority of its original series library, including award-winning and acclaimed hits such as American Horror Story, Damages, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, Legion, Louie, Nip/Tuck, Rescue Me, The Shield, Sons of Anarchy and Terriers. FX+ will feature more than 1100 episodes of award-winning and acclaimed original programs spanning the past 15 years. SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Skydance, a diversified media company that creates elevated, event-level entertainment for global audiences, has extended its worldwide feature film production and distribution agreement with Paramount Pictures for an additional four years. Skydance and Paramount will together produce highly anticipated installments of the Mission: Impossible, Top Gun, and World War Z franchises as well as a re-launch of the Terminator franchise and original features Bermuda Triangle and Gemini Man, among other films that have not yet been announced.
Skydance has extended its worldwide feature film production and distribution agreement with Paramount Pictures.
The new agreement also includes animated features, following Skydance’s recent formation of its animated division in partnership with Spain’s Ilion Animation Studios. Skydance’s first two animated films are Luck, a comedy from director Alessandro Carloni and writers Jonathan Aibel & Glenn Berger and Split, a fantasy project being directed by Vicky Jenson and written by Linda Woolverton.

To date, Skydance’s 14 films have grossed over $4.5 billion in worldwide box office. Going forward, Skydance will produce three to four live action feature films per year. Its future slate includes Geostorm on October 20th with Warner Bros. and Annihilation and Mission: Impossible 6 with Paramount.
Under the terms of the agreement, Paramount will have the opportunity to co-finance and distribute on a worldwide basis the movies that Skydance produces during the four-year period, and Skydance will retain the option to co-produce and co-finance certain of Paramount’s feature films.
